Plot[]
The song is basically about Martyn's endless optimism and his inability to back down during fights, both of which make him one of the best fighters of the Yogscast.
Music Video[]
The video starts off with a shot of Martyn's feet, clad in a pair of white slip-on sneakers, as he's walking through a peaceful park setting. The video then gives a shot of his full body as he starts singing the first verse. As he walks, he is seen carrying his bo staff in one of his hands. During the chorus of the song, he is seen doing some tricking moves, such as a tornado kick, a jackknife, a butterfly kick, and a butterfly twist. Eventually, he realizes that he is surrounded by a group of red sunglasses-wearing underlings who all prepare to attack, but he gives a sly smile, tightens his headband and twirls his bo staff in the air. He uses his spin-kick, dash, and uppercut moves to defeat the underlings After this, . Tired out from his adventure, Martyn sits on a small hill to relax. He smiles and looks up at the sky, and the video ends with a shot of Martyn's silhouette as the words 'THE END' appear
